The most important thing about the day is the Person of Jesus Christ. Comes in a pack of 50.
“The majority of small children believe in Santa Claus. BUT they know little or nothing about Jesus Christ.
Christmas is a great time of the year—because it is good for the business man. It is a time when gifts are given and also received.
It cannot be proven that Christ was born on the twenty-fifth day of December, even though some of the carols sung in churches say that Christ was born on Christmas Day.
Let us ask ourselves this question:
“Where in the Bible are we, or those who are Christians, to remember Christ’s birth?
There is no doubt about it! Christ’s birth was (and is) very important.
Galatians 4:4 says,
“…When the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His Son….”
“God so loved the world that He gave His only Son…” (John 3:16).
The next verse says that …
“…God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him [that is, Jesus Christ] might be saved” [from sin] (John 3:17).
Thus, God, in grace, bestowed upon mankind the greatest of all gifts.
How does someone receive God’s
The answer is already given: You, first of all, MUST believe and then BY FAITH receive God’s gift.
You do not deserve God’s gift.
You cannot work for, nor pay a price for it. The price was already paid when Christ died for your sins.
Remember, the gifts that man gives—though expensive at times—will not, nor do they ever last.
BUT, the gift of God is everlasting life.
Receive God’s Gift today!!
Mothers and Fathers—Teach your children about Christ’s birth—and not just the myth of Santa Claus.”
