In 2005 a long-time dream of Cowboy Lee Homoki came true when the first Cowboy Camp was conducted in Apollo, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the camp was to bring young people ages 12 and over together for a week of fun and Spiritual enrichment all centering around the life of the old west and the cowboy.
Of course, any Cowboy Camp would not be complete with horses and Cowboy Lee’s Cowboy Adventure Camp is no exception. Each camper is assigned a compatible horse or mule for the week that they will learn to care for as well as enjoy riding. Each morning the campers enjoy two sessions of Bible study followed by Cowboy Church each evening.
There’s nothing quite as special as when a young person is teamed up with his animal for the week.
Until further notice, the Cowboy Lee’s Cowboy Adventure Camp will be on hiatus.
