_strong_Questions and Answers about Dispensationalism._/strong__br_ By _em_David W. Reid _/em_ _p_What should the believer do with those passages in the Bible that seem to contradict? For example, consider the following verses:_/p_ _blockquote_ _p_"_em_And God said, Behold, I have given you _/em__U_every herb bearing seed_/u__em_, which is upon the face of all the earth, _/em__u_and every tree_/u__em_, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat._/em_" (Genesis 1:29)_/p_ _p_"_u_Every moving thing that liveth_/u_ _em_shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things._/em_" (Genesis 9:3)_/p_ _p_"_em_Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, _/em__u_These are the beasts which ye shall eat_/u__em_ among all the beasts that are on the earth._/em_" (Leviticus 11:2) _/p_ _/blockquote_ _p_These verses teach different doctrine. Genesis 1:29 instructs man to follow a vegetarian diet. Genesis 9:3 allows man to eat anything that moves, in addition to the vegetarian diet. Leviticus 11:2 teaches that only certain animals may be eaten. Which of these instructions should be observed? All three? None? Just one of them? If so, which one? Why? These questions and other similar questions will be answered in this booklet. _/p_
