Neil joined Bible Doctrines in January 2012 as a member of the board of directors. He has been involved with the ministry of Cowboy Lee’s Cowboy Adventure Camps since its inception in 2005. He was raised in the nurture and admonition of the Lord by Virginia and Norman Schnaath and all the folks from Saint Louis Bible Fellowship Church. Neil is a student at Saint Louis Theological Seminary and Bible College, and ordained by Saint Louis Bible Fellowship Church to proclaim the Gospel of Grace.
Neil and his loving wife, Diana, answered Gods call to service in 2010 and now minister at Victory Lane Grace Bible Camp located in North Central Missouri. Diana is a Registered Nurse and works at an area hospital, Neil also drives a school bus.

Norm, a Machinist Assembler, has been a Service and Field Representative for several years in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was introduced to Dispensational teaching, while working in Pennsylvania, by a retired Grace Missionary, Otto Deming. Norm and Bev met Cowboy Lee while living in Ohio and became involved in the ministry since moving to Michigan in 1994.
Norman and Bev have been married for over 42 years; have 3 children and 13 grandchildren.
Harry has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bible Doctrines to Live By over 25 years.
He was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI (Berean Bible Church, now Rush Creek Bible Church). After high school he served for two years in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from Milwaukee Bible College, WI in 1960 with a B.A. degree and from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis in 1976 with a M. Div. degree. He was ordained by the Grace Gospel Fellowship in 1961.
He served as pastor in churches in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. After serving ten years as the pastor of Croton Trinity Bible Church in MI, he retired from the full-time pastorate. Harry still has the opportunity to fill the pulpit, and has weddings and funerals from time to time.
He and his wife, Janice (Office Manager of BDTLB), now reside in Grand Rapids, MI. Married for 56 years, they have 1 daughter, 2 sons (and their spouses), 17 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
